To teach participants how to incorporate soy products
into different food products. Participants included

composition of soy foods, nutrition, and food safety.
Participants worked with soy flour, textured soy protein,
soymilk, soy concentrate and soy isolate. in a hands-on
setting, along with lectures.

the workshop described action steps needed to explore
alternative market channel roles at the producer level. |
