Intsoy Course 2008

Participants were able to sample over two dozen soy food products provided by soy food processors and manufacturers. These food samples were wonderful examples of just how delicious soy foods are. Some are pictured below. Not pictured below, and acknowledged here are: El Burrito Soyrizo, assorted tofus from House Foods America, Vegetarian Citru Sparerib Cutlets from VegeUSA, Benzel's Multigrain Pretzels, Assorted Chips from Kay's Naturals, and Whole Soybean Pasta from Nutrition Kitchen.
